YOU HAVE A FEW OPTIONS, DECIDE WHAT'S BEST FOR YOU.

1.

DOWNSIZE

Small weddings are beautiful & intimate. Keep your full day coverage like R&R and S&O did. If you require shorter coverage than planned though, let me know and I can offer you a custom package.

Downsize your guest list. I'll still be there to capture your day!

MARRY NOW, PARTY LATER

2.

Downsize and legally marry, whilst saving the big party for later.

Book 1-2 hours coverage this year and I can move your existing full day booking to another date I am available. Great option if you want to be married, but want a bigger wedding to celebrate with everyone too. Twice the fun. See Q& W's wedding at Marylebone Town Hall.

POSTPONE

3.

I will transfer your whole booking to a new date I am available.

Postpone both the ceremony & the party.

Well no one saw this coming! You're planning one of the best days of your lives, then Covid makes an entrance; the sparkle dies and everything feels so uncertain. Believe me, I know how you're feeling - I'm getting married this year too. I've found myself in a position where I can truly empathise with my couples, so I want to be as flexible, accommodating and understanding as possible.

Please see how we can work your postponement below. You can also find my availability calendar on this page. I will of course be speaking with each couple individually, but I hope having access to this information and my calendar whenever you need it will be helpful for you when considering your options.

POSTPONEMENTS

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW FROM ME

"THE BEST THING TO LEARN IN LIFE IS THE HABIT OF COMPROMISE, IT IS BETTER TO BEND A LITTLE THAN TO BREAK"

WHAT'S THE PLAN?

This mess isn't anyone's fault! Which is why I'm determined to be flexible & understanding with all of my couples, but also why I ask that we can work together to help each other.

> Your first postponement is free when moving to an available off-peak date (a weekday, Sunday or October-March Saturday).

> If you must postpone to a peak Saturday (April- Sept) in 2021 or 2022 and you are currently booked in for a £1850 or £1950 full day package for example, I kindly request that we rebook you in-line with my current pricing of £2100. This will mean £250 or £150 extra will be due the month before your rescheduled date, along with the rest of the final balance. If your full day package was already £2100 when you booked, this won't apply to you.

> Further postponements to a peak date will each incur a £250 fee. This is to help cover loss of income in turning away other work and the extra admin involved in moving dates. This fee will NOT apply to postponements that are unable to go ahead (with even 5 people) due to government restrictions, or weddings that are rescheduled for a weekday.

> If you are currently booked in for a custom package (1-5 hours), I kindly ask if you could consider a weekday, Sunday, or off-peak Saturday date (Oct-March). If you must move to a peak Saturday, I will approach each on a case-by-case basis.

Why do I feel I have to put these terms in place? I am a small, one woman business, most of my work has disappeared, and I have very little help from the government. I really want my business to survive and to continue shooting weddings, including yours! Postponements mean I lose future work. I wish I could, but I simply cannot afford to move all my 2020 couples into 2021, and then move all my 2020 AND 2021 couples into 2022 without asking for a little compromise where I feel it is fair. I hope you can understand. Thank you.

Communication has been key with any postponements so far to ensure it all works out. I know that for you, going back & forth between multiple suppliers trying to find a date we can all do is time consuming and confusing! Instead I am sharing my calendar below so that you have access to my availability whenever you need it.

If you go for a day I am unavailable, the booking will sadly be deemed a cancellation - in this event, please refer to your contract.
